Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

Appropriately named oil executive Derrick “Roorback” Sawyer is pleased as Punch about his recent achievements: building his newest offshore derrick, spreading a roorback about the derrick's “thorough inspection,” and cutting down any opponent who questioned his propaganda, efficiently as a skilled sawyer slicing wood. (by Rudi)

We found a sawyer to make some logs into boards and a cooper to make the boards into barrels, which we then attached to a sort of derrick jerry-rigged over the sinkhole, enabling us to hoist up the stranded toddlers two or three at a time, safely, and though you may think this can't be true, that it's just self-aggrandizing roorback to increase our chances of getting funding for the new bridge, it's the God's honest truth and pleased as Punch we all are about it, too! (by cusheamus)

Here's another despicable roorback put about by a right-wing cabal: that if you hang (by the neck until dead) a sawyer and a joiner on a well-seasoned, finely-crafted oak derrick of their own devising they will be as pleased as Punch, merrily twitching away and swazzling to the delight of the assembled toddlers 'that's the way to do it'!
