Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

When a fluvial drought came along, The farmer removed his sarong: "They'll attempt to distrain but surely in vain -- I'll appear in a minuscule thong." (by QuaQua)

Whenever it rains very hard for very long, we get some serious fluvial geomorphology going on in the basement, since the water brings in a fair amount of detritus with it when it streams in and the detritus stays behind after the water has drained away, so I know we have cause to distrain upon the waterproofing company's goods and chattels until the problem is fixed (although now that I think of it, with the right lighting, a couple of vivos and a pa'ho, and some potted palms, we could create a minuscule archipelago down there and stand around on the islands of sediment in our brightly colored sarongs, listening to the lapping of the waves). Feeling she was owed a kiss in exchange for one she had blown, and considering this debt no minuscule matter, Jill distrained Jack's sarong -- the cloth he had left by the side of the stream during his solo skinny-dip -- but the seized property would have no value for Jill beyond the nostalgic, as a hungry crocodile would soon end her lover's fluvial excursion. 'At the time that your allegedly errant tenant pled with you not to distrain her last remaining habiliment you have told the court that she was wearing the lower half only of an itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini, whereas the defendant has declared on oath that it was more of a minuscule sarong rendered disconcertingly semi-transparent by a fluvial inundation during the foudroyant flash flood that inundated your derelict, tumble-down apology for a lodgings.'
