Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

If we were to adjure you, under pain of excommunication from the Church of Logophilia,
to employ scare quotes in a sentence defining colour you might just write: Cobalt is a "Kind of Blue" -  thereby nerdily nudging your peer group into grudging recognition of your hip cool-jazz "credentials"; but were you, thus emboldened, then to assert that
this "seminal" Miles Davis album was long ago acknowledged by "universal suffrage" as being the most influential "statement" within modern jazz, your audience might wish to challenge the inclusivity of the declared constituency.

Bernard Cortopassi-Plumpquist, the 19th-century "political activist" (note the ironic scare quotes), was fond of donning a cobalt-blue corseted tea gown and flounced petticoat and darting all over London's East End, adjuring male citizens to "let him vote"--a peculiar sort of cross-dressing psychosis which "set the cause of women's suffrage back ten years," according to Elizabeth Cady Stanton.
