Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

When I emailed my publisher that, looking towards my imminent entelechy, my ultimate self-realisation, I had determined upon beginning my final novel boldly in medias res, he replied 'oh, so the old boy's going all modern and interstishall [sic] in his dotage, is he?' -  which misplaced and ignorant attempt at humour so disgusted me that I nearly threw up; and when I'd recovered my equanimity I replied 'no George, in the middle, not between or interstitial (which, I see, may be otherwise spelt, according to your delightfully idiosyncratic unorthography) '.
