Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

When our toddler received yet another plastic toy in the shape of a seal, we thought it was yet another losel to clutter his bedroom along with all his other whirligigs, but then we were delighted when the seal started to footle, bounce and sing: “I am the eggman, I am the walrus, goo goo g’joob”.

Dr. Montesquieu felt like a losel of a biologist, since his publications were meagre, his grants nonexistent, and his research just footling around in the dark; his work was one big jumbled whirligig: first the narwhal, then the walrus, then the sea lion and back again.

There I was, footling around on the net like the sad losel I am, bidding for yet another tin whirligig to add to my collection of vintage spinning tops, when what do I come upon mis-listed but a must-have self-adhesive fancy-dress hand-made deluxe walrus moustache (100% synthetic hair, made in China), and available in ginger too - my lucky day, or what? !
