Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

I slouched in my uncomfortable hospital bed, wearing my backless gown and a semi-smile for the cheery staff who dropped in, waiting for my blood to be drawn for the daily pre-jentacular testing, hoping that I’d be able to appeal to the altruistic nature of the nurses to allow me to eat the edibles brought by my friends instead of the tasteless meals provided as part of the scandalous per diem rate, without having to genuflect – which would be most embarrassing (“bare ass” included, if I had to do so literally).

"I rarely genuflect before breakfast and never before coffee", my new girlfriend warned me one morning with a semi-smile, but I protested that our amorous life should not be subjected to jentacular constraints, and when that failed to sway her and I subsequently begged her to be more altruistic, she walked out and I never saw here again.
