Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

Patrice, so full of caprice, surprised the whole village when she told her father that he was a gradgrind too unfeeling to go against the sororate following her sister’s sacrifice to the goddess of the volcano, and she refused to follow in her sibling’s footsteps to become the wife of the village high priest, even though such a union would allow her to enjoy a life of lymphatic luxury (albeit a short one) during which she could grow fat on bonbons while resting on silken cushions, and be cooled by peacock feather fans wielded by tall, dark and handsome servants.

Had not the sororate been in effect in that part of the Yukon Territory in those days, a sprightly, energetic, phat-bottomed diva like Caprice Velour would never have so much as contemplated (let alone gone through with) matrimonial union with a lymphatic old gradgrind like Malcolm B'starde; but circumstances being what they were, their connubial doom was proclaimed at high noon (as if 'twere some ominous decree in a one-horse wild west town) on the morning of the eleventh, by a hoary old shaman from Papua, New Guinea, named Lester (indeed, 'twas this last fact--that the Papua shaman's name was "Lester"--that set many of us to wondering whether this capricious merger was, in fact, valid at all).
