Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

I'm the first to admit that I had the love goggles firmly in place when, in my deponement, I exonerated Mergatroid van Helsing (a wanna-be and poseur, I now freely admit, whose ludic demeanor failed to conceal a hunchback which to most people was rather revolting, but which I found curiously sexy) of any and all wrongdoing in the Guffman Murders; but as the sage Michael Bolton has taught us: when a man loves a woman, she can do no wrong. She hadn’t realized that jury duty could be so entertaining, and after spending the first day observing the ludic defense attorney in the loud plaid jacket with the carefully placed puns in his opening statement, the charming poseur on the stand who deponed about his petty criminal activities as if he were head of some Mexican drug cartel, and the cute young thing wearing polka dots next to her in the jury box who hung on his every word and appeared to be using love goggles to decide his innocence despite the glaring inconsistencies in his testimony, she was rather expecting all of them to pile out of the courtroom into one of those tiny clown cars and drive away down the hall.

We totally know Earl deserves to be fired, but the powers that be have been wearing love goggles ever since their ratings went up due to the attention they got from the press after he punched out that cop while he was drunk out of his mind, so in the face of numerous complaints, they continued to depone that he was a hard working, serious, appropriate, even MODEL employee, and this really pissed off everyone who knew he was nothing but a ludic, even lascivious, poseur, incapable of accomplishing any of what was required of him, but even so, the powers that be were all, "we think he's awesome" and so everyone just had to go along with it.
