The imperturbable Ms. Higgenbotham, known for her apollonian classroom demeanor, broke out in extemporaneous guffaws at the science fair when she caught sight of her classroom computer geeks all spruced up in blazers over their khakis, displaying their chosen topic “how to deal with pests in the environment” featuring the heisenbug.

George Halfcrumpling, the apollonian I.T. consultant who had worked with his brother Marmaduke at Greenicker and Greenicker for nigh on thirty years, was assigned the onerous task of sprucing up the company’s entire computer system when , much to his chagrin, he was foiled in his mission by the emergence of a particularly vicious and intractable heisenbug, leading to an extemporaneous, and totally out of character,  outburst of expletives  that would embarrass a drunken sailor.
