Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

“I think you should have taken some time to reconnoiter before going out in public bedizened like His Royal Highness in drag, with that scarlet lipstick and your sequined satin gown and high heels, and if you try to gloze your actions by saying you were on your way to a costume party, then perhaps I should bring in all your bedizened compatriots to join you in the oubliette!”, shouted Sheriff John Law, as he dragged Sir Richard Percy off to prison.

Inspector Fudgypucker's meticulous reconnoitering of my secret laboratory was thorough enough to uncover that most clandestine part of it--the oubliette--despite my attempts to bedizen it with various camouflaging furniture and garish accessories; so I had to fall back on Plan B: insouciantly glozing the dungeon, as though 'twere the least of trifles, no more than a bit of underground storage (this, however, also failed to throw the tenacious Algerian off my trail, and in the end I was forced to push him down into the subterranean prison and hold him captive there for a fortnight or so, while I laid my final plans for world domination).
