I don't mean to gainsay Teddie's shrink, but all that expensive therapy for writer's block seems to have had iatrogenic effects, seeing as the once safely inhibited author now rollicks around with a Sharpie composing a stream-of-consciousness novel whose text is distributed across the walls, tables, screens, hands, and other random surfaces he encounters in his freewriting sessions.

I won’t gainsay for a moment that my recent rollicking good mood and apparent lifting of my writer’s block are completely due to the iatrogenesis of pain medication, and a few articles from the archives that were dug out and given new life.
