Now Eli, while it is tempting to hold one's doctor accountable for symptoms that increase, I hardly think the increase in your age is iatrogenic, nor is such increase a feint of nature, to be doubted; then getting past the garniture of my message, and stepping to the center of its crasis: Happy Birthday!
