Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

The skeuomorph of beautiful flowers and leaves on the damask wallpaper in the parlor of the himalayan house constructed by one of last century's robber barons almost made me nostalgic for those times; not only were the aesthetics superior to our time's oligarchs' McMansions, but when those old-time goldbricks shylocked, it was also less insidious - at least usury was illegal and not institutional. "The clues the thing" thought the celebrated sleuth; Antonio is dead, here lies the damask knife unsullied by flesh, there the false goldbrick given to the old moneylender, adorned with the sailing ship skeuomorph of House Antonio, but here a warm kettle and spilled herb–a himalayan task for most, Sherlock found it elementary: "Shylock in the hammock with the hemlock".

My boss dismissed me as "a goldbrick of himalayan proportions", and with some justification, for I had spent half the day arguing with a coworker over whether it is ever acceptable to use the word, "shylock", with its unfortunate associations, in everyday speech, when all the while I was supposed to have been applying myself to the unspeakable drudgery of designing quaint little skeuomorphs to stamp onto our polymer fabric product to make it, if not pass for, then at least, remind one of real, old-fashioned damask.  (by Gravely)
