While the civilized nations of the world provide universal health care for its citizens, the U.S. continues its leeward push toward even more privatization of health financing as it implements Obamacare, a sinuous, byzantine, and confusing nightmare of ever more complicated competing health plans and increasing financial burdens for those unfortunate to be taken ill, adding to its already helter-skelter market-driven "system" of uneven and incomplete health coverage, and all the while the disciples of this Typhoid Mary  attempt to dismantle stable health systems of other countries with its deadly right wing ideology of individual survival at the expense of the general public.

Our hiking party abandoned the sinuous trail and proceeded helter-skelter through the bush so that we could be leeward of one member, a Typhoid Mary of flatulence who might otherwise have transmitted to us her habit of noxious release.
