The colonial invaders appointed a viceroy to govern the conquered land of Ruritania, and this viceroy in turn appointed a security chief, a man by the name of Dr. Strangelove, who set up a two-step process for dealing with enemies of the state: "Step 1. Attempt to malleate the enemy with a blunt object. If the enemy is not malleable, proceed to... Step 2. Vaporize the enemy."
