The president of the town bank was known for his munificence, which was usually manifested by anonymous giving, but when he offered to donate an orrery to the elementary school library, the caveat was that he would teach the students about the solar system  shortly after its installation; however, the session had to be cut short when the class bully exaggerated their benefactor’s short stature, hooked nose and rather hairy tragus and frightened the younger children into thinking that this man was actually the scary troll from “Three Billy Goats Gruff”.
