Doctor Kildare stumbled from the plane after an exceedingly long flight directly into an inky black night, with no zeitgeber to help him reset his biological clock or adjust to his surroundings, and was immediately whisked into a waiting vehicle, but after a quick assessment of the patient upon arrival at the hospital, he knew that this dystocia was going to need some really dexterous mano a mano interaction, instead of a lengthy waiting period with easy conversation, which a deipnosophist such as himself could usually handle so well.
