Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

Dateline: Gotham City, 7 minutes later: Now, the non-existent room 13 on the non-existent 13th Floor of the Algonquin Hotel, was very comfortably furnished, with a fine King-size bed, a solid coffee-table and four armchairs, in which the three Arch-Criminals (albeit in their true identities – Howard Allason, Miranda Holmquist and Fred Dinnage) took their seats along with the late President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, unexpectedly returned to life just yesterday and completely unaware that he had been assassinated almost 74 years ago; although the three friends had referred downstairs, at the Round Table, to that particular event, JFK did not seem to have grasped their allusions, though he gave several squinnying glances at Allason and Dinnage, as though he was trying to work out what they had been talking about; but he still seemed troubled by a severe head-ache, which he had said downstairs was like being suckered by a cosh or a mallet – and Miranda, who would never have considered herself a prodnose, was still keen to find out about the part played in his reincarnation by Sir Parlane MacFarlane; when she enquired again, Howard gave out an exasperated "bah humbug!" and snorted at what he considered bellyaching, he wanted to find out how he and the others, but more importantly he, would stand to benefit by any involvement with a supposedly dead President, even one reputedly more glamorous than most, while Fred had been doing mental calculations since the first encounter with JFK downstairs – he envisioned a movie deal and wondered who would play him? which was when there was a knock at the door: faster than you can say Jack Robinson, faster than JFK could observe with any degree of accuracy, Miranda disappeared under the huge quilt which covered the bed, Howard – despite his age and size – nimbly hid himself behind the window drapes and even remembered to pull his feet back so that the toes of his Oxfords didn't give him away, and Fred simply opened the bathroom door and stepped through, closing it softly behind himself; which only left JFK to cross the room and peep through the little glass eye-hole which gave a remarkably wide-angled view of the corridor and the two men who stood facing the door!
