Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

Had it been Robinson Crusoe, complete with Man Friday, with his dusky blee, or even a whingeing, whining, unmanly poltroon from Rouken Glen, to give instantiation, it is doubtful if Mhairi could have been more gobsmacked than she was, by the sight of Dolores Bambona – or, more accurately, her confusion as to the woman's possible reason for being there – who was undoubtedly the elephant in the room, although the lawyer daughter of the legendary Glasgow Solicitor, Joe Bambona, was the palpable antithesis of an elephant; tiny, blonde, and very, very sexy, if not in any conventional sense, she played no direct part in the interview, though her eyes never left Sadie, who felt metaphorically stripped by them, as if the young woman in the opposite corner were able to see through, not only Sadie's clothes, but her flesh and blood and her skeleton and penetrate – with her piercing blue eyes – into Sadie's brain, and read her mind, cross-examine her very soul, and, no doubt, find it wanting, if not quite, unashamedly, wanton!
