Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

As the lugubrious MacFadden, seated at the table in the now subnivean Antarctic Research Station Hut #5 said to the taciturn MacPhee, who stood, standing still while watching a kettle boil very, very slowly: "yon Englishman, whatsisname, Smith? Jones? Featherstonehaugh?" and the reply came back, very, very slowly: "naw, it's Broon! whirraboorim?" to which MacFadden in his turn replied: "ah fancy he fancies hissel as some kind o mondain, waddlin aboot in thon Penguin Onesie, but he's jist a lang streak o Piss, if ye ask me," at which MacPhee switched off the kettle, turned about and walked very, very slowly towards the door, pausing as he opened it to say, over his shoulder: "ah'm jist gaun oot, ah micht be some time!" so MacFadden grumbled to the empty hut: "ah spoze that means ah'll be havin tae mak ma ain tea, then?"

They've found a subnivean being
Who led a lugubrious life;
His only adventure was skiing
His only companion his knife.
He was tall, a 'long drink of water'
He was dressed in the finest of furs,
That must have been arduous to slaughter
The kind that a mondain prefers.
