Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

And that was when she saw them, looking as if they had been dragged through mud and glaur and Time backward: two little boys, dazed and bleeding from the many cuts and abrasions which had also ripped their clothing - but not quite enough, for Christiane saw at once that these were not children of Now, 163AD (or 916 Ab Urbe Condita in the Roman Calendar) but rather, from some time in the future, possibly even That Future from whence she herself had travelled, but for now that mattered not one whit, for they evoked in Christiane something she had never thought possible: Maternal Instincts! though she quickly dismissed them as monophobia, for she knew that her safety depended primarily on Marcus, if anything happened to him (God Forfend) she would be a stranger in her own antique land, vulnerable to accusations from both the Romans and the Britons; she hurried over to where the boys lay, tangled together in the grass - she could smell gas from their clothing and as they began to stir she spoke quietly to them, not wanting to add fear to whatever traumatic event had thrown them here: "what are your names, where do you live?" and the older one, though both were clearly very young, mumbled: "ah'm Tam an he's Boabie," and through the slur of concussion, she recognised the sprachbund of Glesca; she sat back on her heels and gazed down, towards the vast Roman Camp which seemed to fill the valley between Three Hills and the River Tweed (although that was not yet it's name) and she saw tiny figures on the parcours as legionnaires were put through their paces, she could even, at this distance, hear the bawling of the Hastilarius, and she put a hand on each boy's head: "you are safe here," she soothed, "we will take good care of you," and to Marcus, who knelt beside her: "we will, won't we?"

I'm vulnerable to fears
Monophobia is one;
I've shed so many tears
Afraid of being alone;
Explained it using sprachbund,
They didn't understand
So I ran around the parcours
With my head held in my hands.
