Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?

Attempts to resolve the Quandary:

When Eunice reached the flat, the rest of the Girl Gang were thereLulu Dunbar, the Founder and Leader of the Gang, the Twins, Dora and Nora Prestonpans and their wee sister Flora, and the newest recruit, Abbie Senior—and they all gave a cheer when Eunice walked into the kitchen, for now they could eat, and Lulu asked—her usual opening gambit—"Hey Plummy, what's new and interesting?" so, of course, Eunice could tell them about her visit to Fisher's Tower when, of a sudden, the lights went out and there was a scramble for lighters, candles and torches before Lulu was able to climb up and access the fuse-box above the kitchen door, fiddle with the circuitrybecause, of course, their electricity was not supplied directly from the mains, which would have required them to pay for itand lo and behold, "let there be light," she said, and there was, and it was good, "nuthin tae snivel aboot," she said, though no-one was, it was only a presentific statement, intended to induce confidence and a stoicism which were necessary for their survival, individually and as a group, and as Eunice gave her account, acting the parts and doing fair imitations of the voices of all the people involved in her story, the others drank it in and even Lulu, pasta pot in one hand and serving spoon in the other, paused at one particularly notable and telling point and her jaw dropped, "did ye say French? ur ye sure? or cood she be Eye-talian?" and there was a deathly silence as everyone considered the implications.
