    While I was entirely ready to obviate the heading-formatting protocols on my paper about the usefulness of nomothetic or general knowledge, my grade in my philosophy class was already in a filipendulous situation, just above failing, and another poor mark would certainly make me plotz from the realization that I was destined to do poorly in that class.

    Sam, a Don Juan who seduced many women, and Joe, an obsessive womanizer were a monoousian pair; both were also provocateurs who tried to convince Billy - who was antipathetic to their womanizing ways - to go on two dates with different women the same night.
