Dr. Farmer, who held the metonymic title "Chief Brain," today offered a strangely oneiric presentation to the board of directors of Enlightenment Pharmaceutical Corp., omitting troubling clinical trial results that were to be discussed, and instead showing various illustrations of investors covered cap-a-pie in a mysterious white powder (the Dr.'s new antidepressant combo?), mafficking as company stock soared: a most unusual PowerPoint deck which led some to fear that their revered chemical chef had ingested a few milligrams too many of his own experimental pharmagundi.
