The dying banker spent his days in palliative care glued to the Weather Channel, but finally flipped when he saw the new meteorologist, some punk trying to forecast El Nino--it was the same guttersnipe whose loan he'd rejected a decade ago (patent nonsense about a "research" trip to Peru with no assets to offer as indemnity).
