Quandary Resolution 1618
utilitarian, unblouse, embellish, ruction
When the private declined to unblouse and surrender his newly glamorous footwear, a ruction ensued between said private and his sargeant, the sargeant professing that all military accesories, from footwear to hand grenades, should respect the supremacy of function over form, the private cringing at so drably utilitarian a proposition and insisting that the right to embellish one's boots with sequins should indeed be considered as universal.
