In that liminal state between wake and sleep, Josh considered the opening decades of his bookish life, and resolved that, sometime very soon, certainly well before death, burial, vermicular decomposition and all of that, he would dedicate some time to matters of appearance, but this thought raised a host of considerations that would require careful research, for if he were to get a nose job (hypothetically speaking, of course), should he choose the long and thin leptorrhine variety, or the broad and flat platyrrhine, or maybe the moderate mesorrhine?
