Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 2222
kip, fiduciary, plinth, mansuetude
This likeness of our dear father appears to be kipping on a pillowy plinth, not standing tall on a hero's pedestal as we specified in the recent sketch, and although the new sculptor's mansuetude has lulled us into accepting his work so far (especially those of us who clashed with his hotheaded and chisel-flinging predecessor), I consider it my fiduciary duty as trustee of the family estate to withhold the artist's compensation until he makes this snoozing marble wake!
