Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 2526
predestinarianism, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, batten, pusillanimous
Call it 'pusillanimous predestinarianism' if you will (you shameless logophile, you!), but I somehow just knew that God had guided me when I eventually desisted from attempting to ensnare the flighty affections of scrumptious Cynthia and voluptuous Valerie, and instead battened on the immediately available, dourly responsive Joanna, for, as it is written, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
