Fancying himself something of a savant when it came to heraldry, his internet searches had revealed that he held not only armigerous entitlement from way, way back, but that this conferred on him usufruct rights of access to what was now his next door neighbour's spacious patio, and it took little prescience to see himself there stage-managing a convivial barbecue of a summer evening.
