Quandary Resolution 2559
usufruct, armigerous, savant, prescience
In his erudite 19th-century tome "The Armigerous Usufruct: Bearing a Coat of Arms While at the Same Time Using and Enjoying Property," the learned savant Bernard Holmquist had the prescience to include an Appendix titled "The Right to *Bare* Arms," in which he defends the wearing of short-sleeved garments by women--a radical idea at the time.
