Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 2704
usquebaugh, moliminous, biophilia, undertone
Hamish gazed out from the window of his humble croft at the towering mountains and sparkling loch –all the sustenance he needed to satisfy his biophilia—and regarded his wee dram of usquebaugh—blended with cochineal to give an undertone of morello cherry red—with pleasure as he reflected on the moliminous distilling process required to produce this nectar: this tribute to the Celtic gods of ancient times, and hiccoughed contentedly as he slid from his chair to the floor , his kilt raising up to answer that age-old question to anyone who may happen to glance through the window at that moment.
