Quandary Resolution 2708
usquebaugh, Paphian, lavation, scurrilous
"Have you imbibed some Usquebaugh and fallen prey to indomitable Paphian urges?" asked the street-walker mockingly, which prompted me to compliment her on her rich syntax and vocabulary, but she was not appreciative and she became scurrilous with me: "Is there a rule against being a well-spoken artisan of love? I fear, sir, that you are nothing but a tainted soul in need of lavation at the altar of kindness and good manners" and then, in Shakespearean mode, "thou gleeking, beef-brained barnacle!"
