I simply could not bring myself to homologate the vicar's pareidolic reading of the distinctive coffee stain on my white shag rug as being the footfall of a recent Yeti, nor his later inditement in the parish newsletter that rampaging tribes of such Godless abominations had recently become ubiquitous in the leafy groves of East Cheam.
