Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 3194
anosognosia, novity, mnemonic, druthers

The doctor seemed to consider me rather a refreshing clinical novity when I bounded into his consulting room for the annual checkup, for, far from complaining, I assured him that I was in the peak of condition; but during a particularly thorough examination he became surprisingly flustered, muttering 'Ah, no . . . so, gee! . . . no, (sigh), ah . . . .' (I remember this sequence exactly, having availed myself of the simple mnemonic 'anosognosia'), and when I got up to leave he said 'well, if I had my druthers I'd send you to a sanatorium right now' - which I thought most droll.
