Climbing up the main mast with its rope holds on either side brought to mind the stipulate leaf samples that Captain Grimm had collected just that morning as the ship’s amateur botanist, but his daydream’s relevance became moot as his gaze turned to the crippled ship across the way and he bellowed down to his crew, “Another broadside with that admixture of cannonballs, shot, nails, chains, and assorted silverware, and we’ll carry their riggin’ clean away!”.
