It was clear to the court that Dr. Boogies crime carried all the requisite elements of scienter for he knew that his inoculation of the Grand Duchess; a well known and socially inept wallflower, with his “Rock’n’Boogie” serum, might well produce side effects, but none foresaw the glutinous gourmand she was to become and all pitied her as she moved form table to table, her massive bulk transported on a workman’s trolley and her tiny feet moving uncontrollably to every tune they heard their favorites being the styling’s of the B 52’s.
