Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 3306
catawampus, permablock, ziggurat, pansophy

The ancient ziggurat which our forefathers attempted to build in Babel (the stated aim of which, a pansophical attainment of godlike widsom, was noble enough in itself), was "permablocked" by the good Lord, who feared that if humanity possessed the wherewithal to ascend to the very heavens (even if only by a zig-zagging, catawampus path), then 'twould be but a matter of time before we also figured out the location of God's celestial ganja stash, and plundered 't--a catastrophe the deity could ill afford to allow.
