Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 3382
moreish, twist in the wind, kibosh, bough

Our erstwhile burglar had a sweet tooth and knew that Aunt B’s pastries and cakes were moreish, so he hatched a plot to grab a sack full along with the pay day cash by climbing a ladder to the open second story shop window, where a slip off the highest rung put a kibosh on his plan, and although he was saved from certain death by snagging his jacket on a sturdy bough jutting from the adjacent heritage oak, he was left to twist in the wind – literally, until he could be rescued by the town sheriff and volunteer firefighters.
