Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 3420
platyrrhine, Christmas is coming, echelon, calvous

When Hanrahan the Elder poked his calvous, liver-spotted pate into my cubicle and announced "Christmas is coming!", my first reaction was one of inexpressible joy (for everyone loves Christmas); but when a glance at the calendar revealed that it was only April, and it dawned on me he was referring to the impending deadline on the Frumpkin Report, my impromptu tap-dance died like the unconvincing fart of a stale whoopie-cushion, and I suddenly felt an overwhelming urge to flatten the man's already platyrrhine schnozz--indeed, I only refrained from doing so because Hanrahan the Elder happens to occupy the very highest echelon of the management pyramid at Hanrahan, Hanrahan, Voishmael-Noony & Hanrahan, the law firm where I ply my thankless trade as a lowly and disgruntled paralegal.
