Quandary Resolution 3487
gascon, expedite, Cook's tour, hotchpot

Ralph wasn’t known as a gascon, but he realized that he was patting himself on the back for the success he was having after flying south with the snow birds to promote his latest investment scheme, which involved the hotchpot approach to riches, where each well-to-do elderly person in his Camelot Club kicked in whatever stocks, bonds, precious metals, or real estate holdings he or she held as assets, for a chance to divide the profits of his wealth management plan, and Ralph was finding that his transactions were expedited by treating the group to a Cook’s tour of the castles of Wales in early summer, when the surrounding countryside was at its most verdant and romantic tales of kings and queens were most believable.
