“In a pig’s eye”, was my grandpa’s response to my tale of our pug Max returning from a trip in a space capsule to Mars, where he was greeted by multitudinous Martians as a fine example of a Tellurian, and I wondered why it seemed plausible that a girl from Kansas could wind up in the Emerald City of Oz but Pug couldn’t visit the Red Planet.
