Quandary Resolution 3727
bluff, crosswordese, vindicate, obtuse

My rather obtuse college advisor wouldn't accept "crosswordese" as a valid language study choice; so with my bluff called, I felt I had no choice but to swing my combat-boot into his ivy-league yarbles and bolt (I did, however, feel a certain amount of vindication when, at the moment of my foot's satisfying impact with the professor's startled junk, the expletive he blurted out was "Twenty-seven across!").
