Quandary Resolution 377
chef-d'oeuvre, flaneur, winnow, roborant
Yosemite found a roborant tonic in John Muir, the young flaneur, who meandered through the Sierra mountain range endlessly, winnowing 'hoofed locusts' (his nickname for domestic sheep) and profit-oriented 'harmful do-gooders' off Yosemite through his activism, founding, in the process, his chef-d'oeuvre, the Sierra Club.
