Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 3770
satyr, snootful, bon vivant, fulcrum

Steve the satyr was a slovenly shambling slob while sober but a charming bon vivant after he’d had a snootful -- several double martinis providing the fulcrum to his lever, catapulting him to a new level of elegance and eloquence; he would reappear attired in the latest fashion, with flawless speech and impeccable manners, and an enchanting romantic streak which replaced his usual raw animal excesses where sex was concerned, making him the most delightful party guest.
