Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 3810
silver lining, masterly inactivity, troubadour, ingeminate

"Every clown has a silver lining," Lord Hornwyck kept ingeminating over and over, as he pawed and groped at the undergarments of the unfortunate troubadour, evidently searching for the fabled metallic padding (never mind that he'd gotten the old truism wrong--should've been cloud, not clown--this didn't matter, because with the ineffectual Peter of Frampton pursuing a policy of masterly inactivity, Hornwyck had become the de facto ruler of the realm, and could do whate'er his rutabega-lovin' tuchus wanted with perfect impunity.
