Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 3811
silver lining, masterly inactivity, troubadour, ingeminate

Times were troubled, the common people were restless, and the king’s advisors were promoting masterly inactivity to delay any action by the town council to  address the demands of the peasantry for less oppressive living conditions, but there was a silver lining to be found in the midst of the apathetic response from the castle, whenceforth every evening the royal troubadour would visit the town square, and as people gathered from the countryside to hear him sing and play, he would ingeminate any tidbits of news and palace gossip as the repeating refrains of his ballads.
