Quandary Resolution 3922
risque, penitent, hydromancy, scherzando

Joe was down on his luck and gave the fortune teller on the corner his last five bucks to hear if things would get any better, so she gazed into the public fountain and, using her gift of hydromancy, told him that he would soon come into some easy money, at which news, he leapt into the water with all of his clothes on, then stripped naked as he hummed a tune with some scherzando measures that matched his playful mood, but he soon felt penitent and had to apologize to the beat cop for his risqué behavior as he returned all of the coins which he had scooped up from the bottom.
