"No conversations in Hindi..., I mean, not in the workplace" -- the project manager's epanorthosis provoked a scornful ratiocination from the confrontational tech-lead: " Why not? Just because you can't understand it? Or because you think they are talking about you? Take it back!", even as the Hindi-speakers in the room appeared unprovoked, timid even, yet silently determined not to ever comport with such a ridiculous ukase.
