Quadrivial Quandary: Logophiles, Rejoice! Each day we give you four unusual words. Can you fit them all in one illustrative sentence?
Quandary Resolution 4194
pangloss, insensate, hew, veloce

When a pangloss married a pollyanna, their offsprings turned out to be, unsurprisingly, hopeless micawbers who were completely insensate to any and all bad news, a worryingly naive disposition which the parents sought to hew by forcing on them the company of cassandras and jeremiahs and by exposing them to a steady and veloce stream of tragedies, disasters and catastrophes.
